Buyer reviewMelinda was the agent who helped me find my rental condo. She handled the contract and dealing with the property management company and she made the process very easy for me. Three years later, when my rental was up for sale, Melinda was my first choice for an agent to represent me. I was so happy that she was available to handle my purchase! Melinda is very knowledgeable of the market in this area and shared with me other condos that were also available should I not have been able to purchase my rental. She did a great job making sure that I understood the many steps of the purchase. She always responded to my questions or concerns in a timely manner. I am extremely satisfied with my experience!
