Buyer reviewThe level of professionalism and knowledge Jon Koestler brought to the table in the purchasing experience was second to none. He not only was able to over-deliver on showing us the house we wanted to look at on very short notice, but he negotiated a price under asking in a market not conducive to doing so. He submitted a competitive offer package the same day of the showing that was accepted quickly and without issue. In addition, he provided us with suggestions on great financing options and companies to work with to round out the whole process, making it smooth and seamless. The level of communication throughout the whole process was perfect, and we knew we could trust him with absolutely every aspect or question we had. Wonderful experience and will definitely be doing business with Jon again.
