I've known Bill for many years in a personal capacity, and chose him as my realtor based on the recommendations from a couple of other people who have used him for recent home purchases. I was not disappointed! From being accessible at seemingly all hours of the day and night, to gracefully handling the negotiations, to being extremely knowledgeable during all of the inspections and closing procedures, Bill really proved himself to be head and shoulders above any realtor that I've used in the past. I will be highly recommending his services to friends and family, and he will be my first call for any future real estate needs.

Tom Millar stopped by our house about a year before we were ready to sell. He had done a thorough work-up of the listings in the area that he presented in a booklet for us to look through. He sent additional information during the following months and we were so impressed, we called Tom when we were ready to sell. We didn't even consider another realtor. Tom was such a great agent! We had lived in this home for 30 years, so we were a little apprehensive about the entire process. Tom ensured that all of our concerns were addressed, he answered our calls immediately and kept us informed as to the status of things during the entire process, making us feel very much at ease! Bill DePugh was recommended to me by Candace Corona-Pentz. My boyfriend had purchased a home in southern MD with Candace as his realtor. We were so happy to be working with her and since she couldn't be my broker in VA, was able to recommend Bill DePugh. Bill was fabulous to work with from the very start. He was very proactive in explaining things - most of the time he answered my questions before I even had them. He made sure that I had copies of all the documentation, explained absolutely everything in wonderful detail, and was amazingly knowledgeable about the area of purchase, other local communities, and in particular other lenders and insurance agencies that were able to provide extremely competitive rates to my best advantage. He made sure to present me with all possible options and was able to advise me when I encountered information and choices I was not well-versed in. He made sure that the seller followed through on all promised incentives. It was realy awesome to know he had my back and that he had so much knowledge about the process and choices. Bill is simply the absolute best. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but very helpful and always answered any questions I had. In fact, he anticipated many of my questions! He was always accessible, easy to reach via phone or text or email, and utterly, wonderfully, completely trustworthy. I never doubted once that he had my back and was there to represent MY interests and to make sure I made the right decisions. He always responded rapidly to any questions I had, and even chased down information and details when my schedule left me no time to do so. He not only assisted in the purchase of the new home, but also assisted with my departure from my rental, and was able to advise me on how to proceed with changes I wanted to make before move-in. He was patient, understanding, and was so so helpful and friendly, he turned what is normally a stressful experience into a virtual walk in the park. On top of that, the fact that he's completely approachable and respectful has gained the instant approval and delight of everyone who knew of my purchase and move. He is, quite simply, the absolute best. I can't praise Bil enough! He is the absolute best. So courteous, kind, and professional. He's amazingly knowledgeable, and anticipated my questions before I had them. He turned what is normally a stressful process into something that was enjoyable and exciting. Bill deserves all the kudos and praise for this purchase; he made it all so easy and even stepped in on my behalf when my schedule restricted my availability. He is the greatest, the absolute best! I worked only with Bill, but he was all I needed. He is the absolute best!

Tom was very observant and paid close attention to our desires and wants and help direct us to properties that would help us confirm or deny our desires so we could make very well informed decision. Tom was able to answer all of our questions. He anticipated things and questions so to alleviate the stress and process for us. Even when I was very particular about certain things Tom assured me things would be handled promptly and professionally. Everyone was great. Tom was a wonderful agent as we were buying our new home. We had a tough situation with the house we were selling out of state. While things were uncertain for a time, Tom worked with us to identify options. He communicated with our selling agent, and the agent for the home we were buying, until we came to resolution.
