Linda is originally from Charlotte, NC. She lives with her longtime husband, Pete Hall and has a grown son who followed in her real estate footsteps. The joy of her life is her grandson, Kaleb, and her Golden Retriever Molly. Tragically, in August 2021, she lost her oldest grandson, Will, due to a car accident but he will always be in her heart.

Seller reviewWe have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about our experience selling our home through Linda Hall/Century 21 First Choice. Barbara Ferguson laid out her marketing plan, gave us pointers for staging and while the first week on the market was quite busy, before the end of the week, we had a contract. We would absolutely recommend Barbara to family, friends and anyone looking for a realtor. Barbara knows the area and the market, but more importantly, she knows how to walk her sellers through the maze of selling a home, settle the nerves and smooth over any bumps in the road. She goes above and beyond for her clients and will even brave ice and snow to deliver peace of mind for a bit paranoid one (that would be me).
