Mark Frisco, Team Lead As the leader of The Mark Frisco Team, I take my responsibility seriously to maintain the highest ethical and professional standards for myself and my team. Tiffany Lima, Assistant Team Lead and Listing Coordinator As the Assistant Team Lead, I am responsible for managing the daily operations of our team. In my role as the Listing Coordinator, I write listing agreements and oversee the tasks that need to be completed before a listing can go live. These tasks include photographing the property, ensuring necessary repairs are made, and more. Once the property is ready to be listed, I add it to the Multiple Listing Service and ensure that it appears up to date on all home-buying websites. I also organize broker and public open houses to showcase the property in the best possible light.
Michelle Jerow, Buyer Specialist I am the Buyer Specialist, responsible for providing our clients with a hassle-free and seamless home-buying experience. My focus is on delivering exceptional customer service to ensure that our clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. My ultimate goal is to build lasting relationships with them, so that they can rely on our services for all their future home-buying needs.
Robby Kidwell, Rental Specialist and Property Manager I am the Rental Specialist, and my primary responsibility is to offer rental clients the opportunity to view and apply for rental properties. I make sure that all fair housing laws are being followed strictly. As a Property Manager, I carefully screen the applicants who wish to rent a property through credit and employment checks. I collect rental income on behalf of the property owner and manage all the maintenance and repair issues at the property.
Bethanie Young, Transaction Coordinator As the Team Transaction Coordinator, I am responsible for managing every step of the real estate transaction process, starting from contract to close. My primary objective is to keep our clients informed and updated throughout the entire process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and seamlessly. I perform various tasks such as writing offers, scheduling inspections, communicating with other agents, title companies, and lenders, and scheduling final walkthroughs, settlements, and more. My ultimate goal is to provide a stress-free experience by making the often-complicated real estate process as simple and easy as possible for each of my clients. I am eager to work with you and assist you in navigating the real estate process.
Shelly Gooding, Marketing Director I am responsible for designing and developing all marketing materials for client listings, events, and advertising, in my role as Marketing Director. Additionally, I plan and coordinate all of our events, including fundraising events that support local non-profits. I ensure that we maintain a consistent brand image that reflects the Team's mission and values.
Sarah Quinn, Executive Assistant As the Executive Assistant, my primary role and responsibility is to support Mark by managing his schedule, preparing materials for client meetings, assisting him in managing his coaching students, and managing his phones and text messages.

Buyer reviewThe entire team was very helpful. In the beginning we wanted to give up but Michelle encourage us that she would help us find our dream house..and she DELIVERED! We are so happy that we found them. We had 3 agents prior and none was as informative, professional, friendly and had patience with us more than Mark Frisco team. I highly recommend Mark Frisco Team.

Buyer reviewAs soon as we connected with Michelle and did the house tour we were IMPRESSED. She's knowledgeable, listens well and demonstrated great local knowledge right off the bat. She was also doggedly persistent in getting things done within the INSANE timeline things have to happen in real estate right now. We LITERALLY couldn't have made this deal without her and Mark advising us on how to structure it, and it never would've gotten done except for Michelle personally pushing things along with lenders, inspectors, insurance agents, etc. SHE made this happen. We got the house within our budget while beating out several other competitive offers (one for more money). Its not enough in this market to have the money to buy the house, you have to structure a deal that stands out to the seller. Michelle/Mark are able to do that successfully.

I was not disappointed, the whole process went smoothly in spite of a hiccup with the property itself, which Mark and his team handled. Overall very pleased and couldn't have asked for better service.

Seller reviewMark and his staff were amazing. I had a hard to sell home and they handled it so well. Mark talked over strategies with me and let me have a voice in the path forward. Ultimately, with Mark's guidance, we were able to get an extra $25k out of the house. Mark knows the market, has excellent negotiation skills, and is a true professional. The same can be said about his entire team that were there for me through the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Mark and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
