Seller reviewWe had our home up for sale with another agency which didn't go well, meaning there was absolutely no follow up with anyone, including myself. I was left to schedule showing times on our home and get the code for lockbox since our agent wouldn't return any phone calls. Needless to say, we fired him as our agent! As agents do, they contact people to relist their home. I got that call from Team Dickinson, grateful I did. From day one, I never had to lift a finger nor stress over anything. Team Dickinson is a true diamond in the rough and a treasure to hold on to. I am forever grateful to team Dickinson in selling our home. Very knowledgeable, very polite, very honest and most of all... you make a forever friend from the Dickinson Team. Her marketing strategy was spot on as we achieved a contract before the home went on the MLS. What was also impressive was her contingency plans in case our initial contract fell through.
