Buyer reviewWe have worked with Kathleen Mayflower previously with above expected results each time. We sold our previous home while building a new home. Kathleen was able to sell our home within the given time constraint at the price we needed. Because of her, we had the necessary funds in time for closing on our new home and did not have to go through the stress of negotiating an extension on closing. During the construction of our new home, Kathleen's attention to detail made the final product a much higher quality. She was able to pick out the little details that we likely would not have noticed until the builder's warranty had expired.

Buyer reviewPouya provided critical insight, strategy and negotiation for us to get the best possible deal on our new construction. In addition, he was invaluable in the home inspection and walk-thru process. He recommended engaging a home inspector to ensure the builder met building codes and provided peace of mind. Pouya is very experienced and knowledgeable in the construction and mechanical systems throughout the home and used this process to get the builder to fix and improve issues that I nor the home inspector would have found. By his involvement, he allowed me to maintain a good relationship with the builder while he negotiated hard to get them to agree to our list of improvements. He is more than a realtor; he is a trusted advisor and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new construction home!

Seller reviewWe had our home up for sale with another agency which didn't go well, meaning there was absolutely no follow up with anyone, including myself. I was left to schedule showing times on our home and get the code for lockbox since our agent wouldn't return any phone calls. Needless to say, we fired him as our agent! As agents do, they contact people to relist their home. I got that call from Team Dickinson, grateful I did. From day one, I never had to lift a finger nor stress over anything. Team Dickinson is a true diamond in the rough and a treasure to hold on to. I am forever grateful to team Dickinson in selling our home. Very knowledgeable, very polite, very honest and most of all... you make a forever friend from the Dickinson Team.
