Seller reviewDawn was great. Very knowledgeable every step of the way. Always accessible and willing to go the extra mile to make the sale of our home a success. Her marketing strategy was spot on as we achieved a contract before the home went on the MLS. What was also impressive was her contingency plans in case our initial contract fell through. She continued to spend time, cost and efforts to prepare to put the home on the MLS even though we had a offer/contract.

He was approachable but respectful of our privacy - he was the first agent we met who didn't jump down our throats trying to sell us. He always gave us honest answers, and has given great recommendations and insight into both the homebuying process and just home ownership in general. Buyer reviewA glowing recommendation from a friend was really the most important factor for us and Pouya delivered ! Pouya was excellent in all the above aspects and more. I would also add that his sense of fiduciary duty really continuously stood out as for instance he gave us his frank opinion and let us come to our own conclusion. His negotiating skills are a cut above just as our reference had mentioned to us. This was really the most seamless purchase for us and we realized it was in large part due to Pouya's excellent communication. Sitting down with us at the beginning to explain the process was very helpful in helping us better understand the process as we went through it. Pouya is arguably very,very good at what he does and has our recommendation to anyone seeking his services. Like we told him frequently, he is our first call should we need to buy other property or sell.
