Buyer reviewA glowing recommendation from a friend was really the most important factor for us and Pouya delivered ! Pouya was excellent in all the above aspects and more. I would also add that his sense of fiduciary duty really continuously stood out as for instance he gave us his frank opinion and let us come to our own conclusion. His negotiating skills are a cut above just as our reference had mentioned to us. This was really the most seamless purchase for us and we realized it was in large part due to Pouya's excellent communication. Sitting down with us at the beginning to explain the process was very helpful in helping us better understand the process as we went through it. Pouya is arguably very,very good at what he does and has our recommendation to anyone seeking his services. Like we told him frequently, he is our first call should we need to buy other property or sell.

Buyer reviewCorrie and Mark were amazing from the first day my fiancé and I met with them. Extremely knowledgeable about the market and best areas to explore inventory based on search filters we provided. We were first time home buyers and had NO idea what we were walking into. Corrie and Mark provided assurance of accuracy on an abundance of information that helped us feel more comfortable about the home buying process. Questions about lending, mortgage structures, county's with best schools, etc, etc were all answered . We lived across country while building our home. They were amazing with communication, photo updates, and advice on the do's and dont's regarding designing a new home. They saved us money, some stress (can't eliminate it all), and gave us confidence that we had agents that cared about getting us through the home buying process with success.
