Seller reviewI would recommend Coral Dickinson for selling another property. She and her husband were efficient, always had time for you, answered any problems that needed tending to. Very helpful gave updates on previous properties sold . Hints on what to do for inspections. Too many things to list. Extremely satisfied.

Seller reviewWe chose to work with Dawn Tollus to sell our home of 15+ years because of my previous experience working with her. She demonstrates a strong work ethic, is straight forward and professional. The amount of care Dawn takes to get a property ready for market - including the beautiful photos and videos - sets her apart from the pack. Our house sold for just under list price in just a few days even with pushing the sales price based on other comparable properties. Dawn is an experienced negotiator and was proactive throughout the sales process. As a previous realtor I know that getting a property under contract to closing can often be a challenge, and when closing comes and it was an easy experience, it's because the realtor is advocating for you in the background. Dawn was our advocate and we would recommend her to anyone selling their home!
