Buyer reviewI knew that Pouya had deep knowledge of the area and the climate. This was very important in our selection as we knew he could guide us and provide valuable insight in the process. Every aspect of the purchase was made so much smoother due to Pouya's knowledge, attention to detail, timeliness and professionalism. We are very apprecaative.! Pouya was so wonderful to work with as an agent. He was also a huge help when interfacing with the other agents. In the process of buying and selling this is so important and makes negotiations run smoother and faster. We could have not done this without Pouya. His knowledge was critical in our home purchasing and we could not be happier! I would highly recommend him and Centry 21 to anyone.

Buyer reviewI cannot recommend Dawn highly enough. I had a very tight deadline for wanting to buy a home, and I had high expectations of what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Dawn exceeded those expectations on every level, she was always available to discuss any concerns I had, and she helped me not settle for less than what I asked for. Buying a home is a long and tedious process, Dawn definitely went above and beyond to make everything be as smooth and incident-free as possible.

She even helped me out with my dogs when I ceased at work and could not be there to get them out of the house. Dawn Tollus was a pleasure to deal with and I would use her again

My complete trust in Dana significantly reduced the stress of the process for me. Dana is a wonderful person both as a professional and as a genuinely good person. Every interaction was pleasant and she always had my best interest in mind. I consider her a friend and would not consider using anyone but her if I ever again need to buy or sell in Virginia.
