Buyer reviewThis is my second time using Leeann, first time buying a house. Every time we meet I have to remind myself that we're there to get something done, because it's so comfortable, and typically filled with laughter. Her grasp of the details is a godsend, letting me focus on the chaos of moving. Her innovative thinking makes even the most challenging situations always seem optimistic. I have recommended Leeann to a number of friends, and they're still my friends. That should tell you something.

Seller reviewOriginal contact was quite a bit ago, then everything was stalled. When I recontacted Phillip, he was most gracious and understanding of the situation Mine was not a typical situation and required above and beyond service and Phillip Maxwell delivered beautifully. I would recommend him highly. Anyone could not ask for a better agent than Phillip Maxwell, He was well beyond my expectations. Phillip's suggestion/approach was not standard/typical but it worked and very quickly. As I was at quite a distance, I depended heavily on his advice and action; he delivered PLUS!! If Phillip was not available (rare), his wife and partner stepped in quickly. I NEVER had to leave messages, etc. with any other staff member. I wish I were not hundreds of miles away so I could recommend him personally to lots of his area residents.
