Seller reviewI highly recommend Shannon! Our family needed to sell a parcel of land in Sevierville, TN. We live out of state, we didn't know any realtors in the area, and we didn't know the value of the land. We tried reaching out to multiple realtors in the Sevierville, TN to start out with getting an appraisal. Shannon was the only one to get back with us and help us by running multiple comparative analyses for similar properties to get an idea of what our parcel was worth. We then decided to list our parcel with him. He was very helpful in advising us how much to list the parcel at and adjusting the listing price when we weren't getting any interest. He also did a great job with pictures and a video of the parcel to make our property look great. Shannon was also very responsive with any questions we had and was open to explain anything. We listed our parcel in September and closed by mid October. Shannon and his wife did a wonderful job and I can't thank him enough!

A few unexpected obstacles popped up, yet he remained positive, explained the process to us and always overcame them. He kept in touch every step of the way, even when I was out of the country on vacation. This is truly someone who loves what he does, excels and goes above and beyond for his clients. Buyer reviewI have used the McRoberts team about a year ago when it came time to sell my house, I had an extreme wired deadline and they were able to make that happen. So when it came to buy my new home a year later. It was no a brainer to call and use them again! They worked with my schedule and my wife's to get the job done. It was quick, painless and I was able to find my forever home. My only problem is I won't be able to use them again because we found our forever home! Thank you Shannon and Dani for everything!

Buyer reviewMy real estate agent in Nebraska referred me to Shannon McRoberts of Century 21 MVP. I contacted him and scheduled two different visits to the area. He and his agent wife, Dani McRoberts, both showed me numerous properties in the Smoky Mtn. area, and provided their knowledge, advice, suggestions, necessary for me to make an informed decision on each property. They also suggested choices for title company, pest control, home inspection services, and such, using their knowledge of reputable companies for me to select from. They became my friends quickly, and I trusted their judgement and advice. They helped with last minute issues that came up, in order to keep the closing on track. They offered insight into some of the areas I was considering, showing me desirable locations and properties, even pointing out properties that might require lots of maintenance, which I wanted to avoid. Shannon and Dani are very professional, patient, trustworthy, and I would heartily recommend them.
