Shannon and Dani worked with our out-of-state travel schedules for multiple home showings, had great knowledge of the land and area, and were extremely responsive. They negotiated for us with the seller, worked through difficulties with our own lender, found local inspectors, obtained an existing survey on our property, and they worked closely with the seller's realtor to move the process along as quickly as possible. They're trustworthy, were so considerate of our specific wishes in a home, wanted us to be happy with our decisions, and an all-around "Dream Team"!
