Seller reviewI first made contact with Shannon Mcroberts as a potential buyer in the area. His response time and information gathering for me was much better than any of the other local agents I contacted. The others treated me like a "tire kicker" and Shannon treated me like a client. I ended up finding some properties I bought direct from the owners but when it came time to sell them, I knew immediately I wanted to contact Shannon. If he treated me so well as a potential buyer, I knew he'd treat my potential buyers the same. We have a 2nd property listed with him now and will be happy to use him again in the future.

When it came time for the document signings & follow up he did a thorough job! Shannon and I connected with first conversation, and we moved forward from there....he was attentive to my needs which was quite important.
