She very in tune with the local market on when the right time to buy was, and right time to sell. I bought a 1 bedroom beach condo using Lindsey as my agent. I bought condo at $108,000 cash; I never lived in the unit. Lindsey then sold same unit in less than 3 months for $147,000 all cash! She's a rare exceptional highly motivated agent!
