Bottom line is that he did in less than 3 months what the prior Realtor couldn't get done in six months. The hardest part of the sales process for the buyer is finding the right agent. Kevin's team handles the sale and their process including 3rd party attorneys and closing specialists make the conclusion of the sale simple and easy.
