Kevin was the best prepared with data on our property relative to the NMB market and provided the best rationale for setting the price. Extremely impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge and ability to share it, and his non-egotistic manner. Not humble, but confident without being overbearing or 'know-it-all'. Really appreciated that he treated us as peers. Both Montana and Stacey on Kevin's team were outstanding professionals. They worked with us to keep us informed and were willing to do some 'hand holding' by phone when we expressed some concerns (not with them but with the Buyers) by email. Empathetic and caring and seemed to go the extra mile. Thank you both! Simply the easiest and smoothest property sale we have ever done (out of six). Professionalism counts and so does empathy and a willingness to treat the client as a member of your peer group. Kevin Mills is amazing. He handles all of our real estate, and we won't use anyone else. He has handled a couple of sales for us and has some of our property listed now. We've worked with a few different realtors, and none of them have even come close to doing everything Kevin and Montana do. Not many sellers get a contract within 2 days of a listing going on the market, but we did with Kevin. He and his team are helpful during every aspect of selling, and he gives expert advice concerning real estate. If a buyer wants something sold and sold quickly, he's your man!
