To complicate things the house was a small home, in poor condition that had to go through the probate process. I found Kevin after I saw his ad about selling probate real estate. I was immediately impressed when he agreed to meet me at the property on short notice to go through the house and let me know his thoughts. He never pressured me and was open to all of my questions. Kevin even recommended a probate lawyer to help me navigate the arduous probate process who turned out to be invaluable. After hiring Kevin he got to work right away pricing and advertising the home expertly. Since I live out of town I really depended on Kevin to do everything and he did not disappoint, all the time keeping me in the loop and being available for my questions at anytime. The house was on the market within days and by the end of the week I received a full price, cash offer.
