Buyer reviewBrian and RuthAnne Noel were there when we needed. It took us a while, but we finally found the right house at the right time and right price. Whenever we wanted to see a home they were prompt and ready to show it ( which is needed in this market). They were patient as we made a few offers and pulled out because they just weren't the right house for us. They were there when I called frantically saying I have to see this home ASAP! That is how and why we got the home we wanted in the neighborhood we wanted. Thank you Brian and RuthAnne!

Their knowledgeable marketing skills made our house sell fast and at top dollar. They were thorough in explaining the process and contracts. They helped guide us through different options.
