Buyer reviewOur experience with Mr. Richard Oudeh was outstanding. My wife and I were looking for our dream house in a specific geographical area. Richard worked with us on a very personal basis and helped us to understand what we really want as this is our first house and we had zero experience. At one point, Richard even told us that "You might decide to buy that house, but I will not sell it to you or to any dear friend or family member"!. Richard treated us like close friends. He was available for our calls and text messages 7 days a week! We had so many showings during weekends since I was busy during weekdays. We highly appreciate Richard's kind and pleasant personality. Thank you Richard for providing us with your wealth of knowledge in buying our dream house and for all the detailed advices you provided to us. We wish you all the best!

Seller reviewSimply that was the best home selling experience I have ever had . personal communication with the broker , prompt respond , Richard always answers phone calls ( never voice mail ) We sold the house in a very short time with the right price . Richard did his job right and did lots of extras that we appreciate him for . Definitely we will do business again . Thank you much Richard and the whole team .
