I owe an enormous debt to Robin, with the proceeds of this sale my new home will accommodate several life changing commodities... all is now possible because of Robin. Seller reviewI wouldn't pick any other broker. Robin knows the area, knows the market, and provides sound advice on timing and pricing. She is Top Notch. Wouldn't pick any other broker. Robin takes care of her clients; is timely, professional, and gets things done. I never had to worry if something was being taken care of. She also uses all sorts of tools to help her clients - the Docu-sign tool was new to me and it was so easy to sign documents and get them back to her. She finds what works for her clients! She didn't just get the house sold, she helped me get the most out of the deal and didn't let me get taken to the cleaners - this shows trustworthiness, solid character, and concern for her clients.
