Seller reviewImprovement suggetions were spot on, polite and professional and spot on right. Listed the house on a Thursday, showings started immediatly with open house on Sat (over 17 people), offer in hand Sunday night after a few more showings. Offer was above list price with very reasonable requests. Susan worked out the finer details while keeping me in the loop and quickly presenting choices and moved to secure the contract within 12 hours. We just closed this week in less than 30 days. All this after closing in December on our new house! All allowed us to move and clear out 32 years of collections in a timely and resepctful manner. Thank you Susan (and team), keep up the awesome work. New new happy home owners, in both homes.

Then the offer and details was so easy with Susan's knowledge and experience. We are extremely happy with all aspects of the purchasing process and the home we closed on in less than 30 days.
