I was extremely pleased with my initial phone conversation with Cindy. Prior to making the call to her, I researched important qualities and questions to ask a realtor. Without me having to prompt the discussion, she was able to share with me her experience as a realtor, her and her team's sales record, her and her team's local knowledge of the area, and what the process would look like (including explaining all the fine details). As a person who was selling for the first time, this was beyond helpful. She offered to meet with me and view the house. It was because of this first expression conversation that led me to pick that team of realtors. This team was able to sell my house within weeks of it being put on the market. They did a wonderful job tending to the house while I was out of town for work. I very much appreciated their willingness to assist me in working with home contractors (including scheduling and opening to door for inspection fixes) when I could not be there.
