Seller reviewJohn Sheridan contacted me about selling my vacant lot, when no one else seemed interested. I had never met John, but he seemed knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I was not disappointed in my dealings with John in anyway. He sold the property quickly, and got me the price that I was expecting. He then handled the paperwork efficiently via email. He found a good closing agent who was easy to work with. I could not of been more happy with the entire experience.
