She was very communicative from the start, letting us know about all showings, comments about the property and whatever else we needed to know. Once she found a prospective buyer, we ran into several issues that could have derailed the sale with a lesser agent, but Blake was super adept at solving each issue and keeping the sale moving forward until the eventual closing.
