My first comment about Angie Tavik our realtor At 21st Century barefoot is we had previously bought her home from her back in 2017 and we were delighted she was very professional and thorough and she showed us several properties and was always considerate of what our needs were Angie has since then Become a personal neighbor and friend as well she's above and beyond all of my expectations of a to real estate agent She was so extremely personable that I would not consider anyone else when we were ready to sell and buy a new property we went directly to her because we knew that we would have results are very first showing purchased our property and she was flexible and providing her service and expertise in searching for the location that would be more than we expected of our new home our forever home He went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to sell and buy on the same day that is amazing especially at times like now with the coronavirus she was always consider a professional and knowledgeable about following the guidelines for that as well we are excited to recommend her to Family? ahe went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to sell and buy on the same day that is amazing especially at times like now with the coronavirus she was always consider a professional and knowledgeable about following the guidelines for that as well we are excited to recommend her to family and friendsIs an exceptional real estate agent and we have dealt with many so five stars for Angie Tavik I think it all speaks for itself it was excellent we did not have any difficulties whatsoever just one at the end where our property we were selling was not completely prepared for the buyer to except its condition and he stepped down and personally provided a solution for that which I am extremely grateful for as I was becoming ill at that time I am on oxygen 24 seven and I have three crippling diseases and she was extremely helpful above and beyond She was so trustworthy that we I asked her to be my first responder and also she provided us with the most trustworthy pet sitter I could've ever expected always came home to healthy and happy pets and truly felt comforted whenever I traveled for medical reasons or other The one thing that I didn't mention in all of the other comments was that Angie listens intently and when you call her and ask for something she is either quick to call you back or immediately response if you tell her that something is uncomfortable for you she make sure that that becomes comfortable that is an always Not many people have that kind of compassion and interest to help you so intently We have always felt comfortable and confident when ever we called the office or ask for help we were never denied her delayed in anyway and that's always important to have correspondence not just on a professional level but on a personal level as well so our needs were met there wasn't anything that was left uncovered professionally or personally we are so grateful

Karen Wiener and the Century21 office at Barefoot are experts on what is available and what to look for at Barefoot. If someone is considering moving to Barefoot they are the people to work with. Karen, specifically, is excellent. Super responsive and thorough in all aspects of the process.

We had an absolute positive experience with Angie!! Couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, friendly and hard working agent. She was always immediately responsive to our questions and concerns whether during her working hours, or in the evening, or on a Sunday!!!! We would highly recommend her to anyone that asks. Angie was always ahead of the pack in getting documents to us for signature. She always delivered on time or earlier. My husband has been communicating with Angie for several years. I was just introduced to her last year. In all our communications, she never pressured me into a decision; was quite patient in answering all my questions and I truly felt she had our best interests in mind when helping us find a condo. She listened first - and then, with her knowledge of the area, helped guide us in the correct direction to purchase our condo. She is also one of the nicest and friendly real estate agents I have ever worked with. We hope to make the Barefoot area our home and will most certainly work with her again in the future!!!

I placed an inquiry on realtor.com and Karen Weiner responded to me. Being we are out of state right now, we were happy to have Karen on our side. We call her our tiny T Rex-she pounced on any issues that came up and solved any problems, mostly before we even knew about them!! She did an amazing job for us and I would be happy to recommend Karen and her agency to anyone.

Angie worked with us on the sale and purchase of both apartments in Barefoot. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and specifically individual buildings/communities within Barefoot. Aside from her knowledge, she is pleasant and customer service oriented. She goes above and beyond to inform and follow up on all details. I would highly recommend Angie and her team to anyone looking for an agent in the area.

After spending some time discussing things with Angie, I quickly realized that she had the dynamic, go getter attitude that I was looking for. At that point, I had contacted about four or five other agents, though not under any contract with anyone. Angie was always accessible or if I needed to leave a message, I usually heard back from her within just a few minutes. I would always get valuable suggestions and tips from her and she guided me thru the process of selecting and buying a home I would love for my retirement. I am very appreciative to how well she represented me and absolutely made sure that I was taken care of and that my best interests were also the top consideration on her part.
