We live 1100 miles away from Barefoot Landing and without Angie's help, we never could have managed the details of buying a home in Barefoot Landing. She found an inspector for us, followed up on the inspections, put us in contact with a lawyer, gave us the number for setting up electricity, showed us around, set up the walkthrough and closing at a time we could get there...she was outstanding! I met Angie two years ago just by chance as she was waiting to meet a client. She was so approachable and friendly and offered to show me some homes. For two years she has worked with me and her patience never wavered. She knew I was wary of buying something so far away from my home and was so understanding with all of my concerns. Angie Tavik is one of a kind. I will definitely recommend her to my family and friends and look forward to working with her again myself someday. I feel like I not only had an outstanding realtor, I also made a new friend.
