We had an absolute positive experience with Angie!! Couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, friendly and hard working agent. She was always immediately responsive to our questions and concerns whether during her working hours, or in the evening, or on a Sunday!!!! We would highly recommend her to anyone that asks. Angie was always ahead of the pack in getting documents to us for signature. She always delivered on time or earlier. My husband has been communicating with Angie for several years. I was just introduced to her last year. In all our communications, she never pressured me into a decision; was quite patient in answering all my questions and I truly felt she had our best interests in mind when helping us find a condo. She listened first - and then, with her knowledge of the area, helped guide us in the correct direction to purchase our condo. She is also one of the nicest and friendly real estate agents I have ever worked with. We hope to make the Barefoot area our home and will most certainly work with her again in the future!!!

I placed an inquiry on realtor.com and Karen Weiner responded to me. Being we are out of state right now, we were happy to have Karen on our side. We call her our tiny T Rex-she pounced on any issues that came up and solved any problems, mostly before we even knew about them!! She did an amazing job for us and I would be happy to recommend Karen and her agency to anyone.

Angie worked with us on the sale and purchase of both apartments in Barefoot. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and specifically individual buildings/communities within Barefoot. Aside from her knowledge, she is pleasant and customer service oriented. She goes above and beyond to inform and follow up on all details. After spending some time discussing things with Angie, I quickly realized that she had the dynamic, go getter attitude that I was looking for. At that point, I had contacted about four or five other agents, though not under any contract with anyone. Angie was always accessible or if I needed to leave a message, I usually heard back from her within just a few minutes. I would always get valuable suggestions and tips from her and she guided me thru the process of selecting and buying a home I would love for my retirement.
