Seller reviewWhat really got me excited to use Tiffany (and Kim) was their laid back but SUPER professional attitudes. They are down to earth women that do not have a stuck up their bums. They are great and I will highly recommend them to anyone selling or purchasing a home. We had a full price offer in under 36 hours. Tiffany did amazing with selling my home. Tiffany (and Kim) are TOP NOTCH. I highly recommend their services and am happy that they are also with me for my home purchase Tiffany Clyde ... the best. Kim too

Seller reviewFrom start to finish Kim and Tiffany were amazing. We had so many setbacks along the way, and Kim and Tiffany never waivered. They were always professional and allowed us to take our time selling our home when the time was right. I really cannot say enough good. They communicated with us at every step, promptly answered any questions we had, considered our feelings and opinions but always offered their prefesional knowledge respectfully (they happened to always be right!). Overall, they worked SO hard for us, and I know they serve every client the same way. Their work ethic, knowledge, skills, and genuine kindness set them apart!

Tiffany's are organized, well described and honest. Tiffany Clyde gave me a virtual tour through FaceTime and answered all my questions. Satisfied, I made an offer and after some negotiating, an offer was accepted. I flew from Florida to Alaska to conduct my due diligence and found no surprises. Tiffany was always very quick to respond and the purchase was completed without delay. I will not hesitate to ask for Tiffany's assistance if I need a Realtor in the area again. She is pure Alaska gold!

She immediately put us at ease and was always available for questions. When interest rates started to rise and it looked like there were no interested buyers Kim kept a positive outlook and successfully brought a sale to completion. We would definitely use Kimberly Gomez as a real estate agent should we need any real estate services in the future.
