(The property had been vacant for over 7 years after after a house fire destroyed the previous home leaving lots of unanswered questions and mysterious issues.) I felt very confident that Tiffany and her team were actually researching some of the potential pitfalls on this unusual purchase and using their resources to protect us now and n the future while at the same time applying all of this to our negotiations. We ended up with a fantastic property where there just isn't much opportunity to buy anything and did it all with the best price/value possible.
