Seller reviewPatrick helped me navigate the pros and cons of selling vs renting in this economy and what worked best for me. Not at any point did I feel he was pressuring me for a sale or only looking out for his best interest. About 2-3 months after my initial interaction with Patrick, I reached out and told him I was ready to sell. Throughout the process he educated me step by step and promptly answered all questions I had. I would recommend him to friends and family. I will definitely use his expertise in the future for myself.

He put our need as the top priorty and makes the process really easy. Whenver there is any difficulty dealing with the seller's agent, lender, insurnace company, and the HOA of the property, he is always there to help us and make sure everything is okay.
