He kept track of every deadline, negotiated escrow extensions, gave sound advice & he is very personable. He is not pushy or arrogant, and never said anything inappropriate to make me doubt his ability to get the job done! Todd also helped me find a financial advisor. He answered his phone day or night, no matter the day of the week. We had many pleasant conversation & I would highly recommend Todd.
