Seller reviewPatrick helped me navigate the pros and cons of selling vs renting in this economy and what worked best for me. Not at any point did I feel he was pressuring me for a sale or only looking out for his best interest. About 2-3 months after my initial interaction with Patrick, I reached out and told him I was ready to sell. Throughout the process he educated me step by step and promptly answered all questions I had. I would recommend him to friends and family. I will definitely use his expertise in the future for myself.

I had to adjust a lot for important factors during the sale and Todd made the process not only easy but a nice experience. Also the professionalism in advertising, photos, and the ad for the property was extremely well done. I am so grateful for a good experience! Closing was out of Todd's hands but he was awesome through the entire experience. Todd as an agent is first rate!!! Very impressive...and I will always recommend Todd in the area with friends and family for any house sale needs! Had I another agent not as professional...this sale could have gone badly.
