Seller reviewWe found Michael Gardner through a work associate that had previously used him to purchase their house. That was 4 yrs ago when we purchased the house that was just sold. Once we decided to sell, Michael was the only choice we considered. His team that consists of Emily Miller and Sandy Brill, are nothing short of amazing. Polite, patient and knowledgeable goes along way in this market. His construction background gives him the ability to see and notice things that most other realtors do not. We cannot stress enough how much we valued his opinion throughout every aspect of the sale. If you are looking to purchase a new home, Michael Gardner is by far head and shoulders above the others. Hire him, and use his knowledge to help find that dream home you are looking for. I consider Mike and his team as friends.

Seller reviewI know it's a sellers market. I know a broken coat hanger could probably sell a house right now. But these folks care. These folks work hard. They were great. I don't think they responded to any question we had in more than 30min-1hr tops. If your selling a home, heck if you're selling a broken coat hanger, consider Sandra, Mike, and Emily. They'll get your house or that hanger sold and you'll have a great time doing it too. Obviously, I couldn't be happier. Maybe if my movers didn't break every coat hanger I had but that's not on them.
