Seller reviewSandy is a truly a very knowledgeable real estate professional. She is very approachable with any questions & concerns and gave wonderful guidance throughout the selling process. Since we relocated out of the area before our home was under contract, we were confident she was there to handle all matters on our behalf. Sandy communicated all information as soon as any updates were available. Unfortunately, the buyer's agent showed very poor communication which made her duties twice as difficult to accomplish. Throughout it all, she stayed positive and relentless on resolving any unfinished paperwork details. Choosing Sandy to represent our interest in the sale of our home was a great decision. We would highly recommend her to anybody seeking to buy or sell property in the area.

Buyer reviewShe listened carefully to our likes and dislikes and did an excellent job of finding us matching prospects. This was our first home purchase, so we were completely clueless when it came to everything involved. Emily patiently walked us through each phase, translated all documents in ways we could understand, and communicated regularly. She worked through all the tiny details we didn't even know we needed to be concerned about, which greatly reduced our stress levels. She always made us feel like we were her first priority. We also had the opportunity to work with Mike and Sandy. What struck us most about Mike and Sandy was how they viewed helping us with our home purchase as the beginning of a relationship, not a transaction. They repeatedly reassured us that we could call on them with questions any time, even after the completion of our purchase.

Buyer reviewMike Gardner was our agent, from Century 21 Redwood Realty. I really cannot say enough good things about Mike. Even if I tried, there is not enough space in these blocks. He is very professional, always on time, very familiar with construction/houses, has a lot of experience and knows a lot about the area we purchased our home in. Talking to Mike was like talking to someone I have known for years. We could not have had a better experience, especially for this being my first home purchase. Mike guided us down the entire process and it seemed like everything flowed together perfectly, on cruise control! He pulled every card he could in negotiating for us and did a wonderful job. No complaints, at all. If I could recommend Mike for every USAA member, I would definitely do so! I have already recommended him to one of my family members. Thank you Mike, for making this pleasant!
