Buyer reviewShe listened carefully to our likes and dislikes and did an excellent job of finding us matching prospects. This was our first home purchase, so we were completely clueless when it came to everything involved. Emily patiently walked us through each phase, translated all documents in ways we could understand, and communicated regularly. She worked through all the tiny details we didn't even know we needed to be concerned about, which greatly reduced our stress levels. She always made us feel like we were her first priority. We also had the opportunity to work with Mike and Sandy. What struck us most about Mike and Sandy was how they viewed helping us with our home purchase as the beginning of a relationship, not a transaction. They repeatedly reassured us that we could call on them with questions any time, even after the completion of our purchase.

He is very professional, always on time, very familiar with construction/houses, has a lot of experience and knows a lot about the area we purchased our home in. Talking to Mike was like talking to someone I have known for years. We could not have had a better experience, especially for this being my first home purchase. Mike guided us down the entire process and it seemed like everything flowed together perfectly, on cruise control! He pulled every card he could in negotiating for us and did a wonderful job. Everyone with whom we worked were professional, and made it easy for us to fulfill our requirements for the sale. When you need to conduct an important financial transaction, you just want things to happen as smoothly as possible. Our house sale went off without a hitch, thanks to Mike and his colleagues. I could not be happier with how everything went.
