Buyer reviewVal was unbelievably wonderful as a realtor and person in absolutely every way. She guided me to this perfect new home and was accepting of any errors I made as I progressed through decision making. She kindly advised me through each step of the way. She understood my needs and wishes and carefully selected homes for me to view as I traveled, over two hours from the South Bend to the Indianapolis area to view homes for sale. She gave me the freedom to choose along with helpful guidance in choosing. With her as my guide, it did not take long to find the right home for a move. Additionally, she helped me find a realtor in South Bend to work with us to sell our home there. After four months the South Bend home still has not sold. I quietly wish that VAL was the one guiding that hopeful happening. I realize that the market has slowed down currently, but having worked with VAL, I feel she could overcome such.

Buyer reviewI am moving to the Indy area from Chicago and did not have much knowledge on where to buy. I am a single female and Val would always say "I would not let my own daughter do this" or "I wouldn't advise my own daughter to take the deal" so I knew she meant what she was selling. She was straight forward with me, but let me come to my own conclusions. She never pushed me to buy and she negotiated my price down by a lot and got the sellers to do about $10,000 in renovations. Val has the most professional approach to real estate, yet, she is relatedable and make this process easy. She's even got reminders in her phone for months from my closing date to remind me about my homestead taxes. I would recommend Val 1000%. You'll be in great hands with her and her connections!
