Buyer reviewEven though we were living in Phoenix for over a year before we moved, Val still kept in touch, provided us with portal listings, and checked in from time to time. She stayed on top of the listings in the area we were interested in living and was incredibly helpful when the time to move was upon us! And in the meantime she also helped my parents when they were searching for a house! She helped with negotiating our offer very well and we were able to get a better price for the home! And she has been very helpful in getting us in touch with the right people to do some contracting work. Val Hooten is invaluable to Century 21 and that company is very fortunate to have her aboard!
