She quickly puts together those things you like and dislike in a home to help direct you to homes that you will want to purchase! Touring homes with her was fun and exciting as she was able to help you realize what was important (HVAC function) and not important (paint color that can easily be changed). She is the consummate professional in the purchasing and closing process. She provided names of reputable painters and contractors that were wonderful and made the new home, OUR new home! We also listed our previous home with Val and she was very good to help us sell that home as well. She offered and implemented many ideas to make the house seen and known on the market. She is a joy to work with and she is on your team. We highly recommend Val!

Buyer reviewI don't think I could have had a better experience buying a house, and that's all because of Val. She has so much knowledge about the home buying process, and i was so comfortable the entire time. She was able to negotiate the price down to $17,000 below list price which was amazing! It's very obvious she's been doing this for a long time because she knows exactly what to ask for and gave a detailed explanation about each step along the way. This was the fourth home I've purchased but by far, the easiest it's ever been. I will definitely be calling Val for my next home purchase!
