Seller reviewThe sale of my house turned out to be more complicated than the average sale, and Rob went above and beyond to negotiate with the buyer. He also was great at reducing my anxiety as we worked through the process. He actually listened to what I had to say, unlike some agents who dismiss the seller's concerns. Rob made it a point to have follow up communication with the buyer's attorney, since they were not as forthcoming as they should have been with a potential paperwork snag. Great working with Rob. Would highly recommend.

Buyer reviewWe feel so lucky to have been referred to Rob by our good friends! He made our home buying process easy and smooth, plus we felt safe and cared for the whole time. Rob went to dinner with my husband and I and got to know us and truly paid attention to what was important to us. In the next couple of days, he sent us a good number of listings that fit that exact description. Two days later, he was willing to see 5 listings with us, and within ONE WEEK we were under contract with our dream home. Rob is reliable, he will tell you what he honestly thinks, and he works extremely hard. What more could you ask for?! We will absolutely trust Rob with selling or buying homes in the future!
