Aubrey helped us buy a house recently, and he made the process so smooth for us! Some things came up to make the house more complicated than we previously thought (no one's fault), and Aubrey handled it seamlessly-- talked us through a lot of the complications, connected us to people who could help and explain things to us, and negotiated so well. We got a great deal, and I don't know that anyone else would have been able to do that. Additionally, when we made the initial offer he put in a lot of leg work to help sway the seller in our direction, even though it wasn't the most competitive bid. He got paperwork to us promptly, and was available to talk anytime (a huge bonus! Buying a house is a stressful thing!). I would recommend Aubrey to anyone looking for a realtor in Utah.
