It would be an understatement to say that Chris Chiaramonte put in the time outside of "regular business hours" to help us buy our house. On the day we put in an offer, the seller received a second offer a few hours later. We spoke with Chris over the phone and via text many times that evening discussing the details of our counter-offer, which we made about an hour later. He helped calm our heightened emotions and provided insight when we needed it most. It meant a lot to us that he stayed up well into the evening negotiating on our behalf and helping us ultimately buy our house.
Chris also worked diligently after the purchase to gather documents and ensure that all of the purchase requirements were met in a timely fashion. He was a joy to work with and answered all of our questions (or searched to find the answer) with impeccable responsiveness.
