Met Gina by chance at a listing I was interested in. It was my first time seeing a property in person. I had been hunting, online only, for about a year. From that point forward, I enjoyed her positive energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and knowlege of the home buying process. I IMMEDIATELY felt, "in the care of", not pushed or taken advantage of. She was gentle, yet ASSERTIVE. As a nurse, and 1st time home buyer, the feeling of genuine comfort, safety, and security were important. We then tackled in person showings / listings together -even through inclement winter weather!! Gina was approachable and attentive at odd hours, (w my schedule),w prompt responsiveness -ALWAYS- never making me feel stupid as a novice client, or out of my wheelhouse. No question, w depth or detail was ever overlooked or judged. Gina remained kind, patient, dedicated, open, honest, very attentive, genuinely caring, and resourceful. NO CHALLENGE SHE CAN'T SURMOUNT! LOVING TEENY WARRIOR! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
