Lee Ann has gone above and beyond her commitment and responsibility to sell my condo. My condo needed to be totally renovated. I'm a NY resident so I could not be in Savannah to meet with and communicate to the contractor. After extensively working with me, sending me photo's, meeting with my first potential General Contractor (GC) ..... she again went through the same process with the second GC, meeting him at the condo multiple times to explain what we’re looking to accomplish. Once the job was started she went to the condo each week multiple times to see the progress being made. She acted as a liaison between my second contractor and his sub-contractor. The second contractor stopped working and left the sub-contractor there to finish the job, the Sub continued to work because he trusted Lee Ann and trusted he would get paid. Lee Ann was now working with a third contractor. Throughout this time I kept telling Lee Ann that I wanted to treat her & her husband to a nice romantic dinner
