Melvin Speight is a retired Chief Warrant Officer who served in various key positions during his 24-year tenure in the United States Army. He served in Enduring Freedom and Freedom's Sentinel in Afghanistan. Melvin's attentiveness and genuine care of others allowed him to serve his country, putting the needs of those he served above his own. Melvin holds a Master's of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia Southern University. In his willingness to give back to others, Melvin was afforded the opportunity to become a Criminal Justice Professor at Central Texas College. After serving all over the world, Melvin has settled in the Augusta, Georgia area. He lives in Harlem, Georgia right outside of Augusta and the proud parents of 3 adult children and 3 grandkids. Melvin is an active member of his church and community. During his time off, you may find Melvin on vacation enjoying military retirement, close to water scuba diving and fish, or creating new a masterpiece on the grill. In 2021, Melvin was awarded the 2021 CENTURY 21Â® President's Producer Award . The annual award is bestowed upon those CENTURY 21 System sales affiliates that earn the CENTURY 21 CENTURIONÂ® award and the CENTURY 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Producer award in the same calendar year. In 2020, He was awarded the CENTURY 21 Realogy Advantage Network Closed Consumer Home Connection Referral Award as ranking 3rd in the United States and the Masters Diamond Award. In 2018 2019, Melvin received the Masters Ruby award for his superior production those years. In 2020, Melvin received the Quality Service Pinnacle Award and in 2019 he was awarded the Quality Service Award for his outstanding dedication to representing his clients. During his tenure, Melvin has been actively pursuing continuing education to make sure he is able to service his customers in the best way possible. He has been awarded his Graduate, REALTOR Â® Institute ( GRI ), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) certification, Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification, Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification, Pricing Strategies (PSA) certification, and e-Pro Certification. In early 2021, Melvin expanded his knowledge of Real Estate and attained his Associate Broker License to better assist his clients in all of their real estate needs.
