Working with Phillip was a true pleasure. He was respectful, kind, quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and any time there was an opportunity to go above and beyond he took it. Even in his suit he was quick to lay under a sink to check the pipes or pop his head up in the attic to check wiring or insulation. My husband and I were very nervous about buying seeing as how this is our first house that we bought. We had questions sometimes late at night or on the weekends and Philip was always very quick to respond and was very reassuring and honest. I would definitely recommend him to family or friends and if we ever buy again I will call him first!
