A native of Massachusetts, Rod and his wife Terry call beautiful Round Hill, Va., their home. They have three grown kids: Josh is in the USAF in pilot training and Ben and Emma are both attending VA colleges. Rod and Terry enjoy living on a dirt road in the country, travel, shopping for antiques, and caring for the dog, goats, cats, and Terry's horse boarding business at Appleton Farm. Rod also directs the Patrick Henry College Chorale and Youth Music Academy Choir. After 17 years as a Music Pastor in churches in California and Canada, Rod began his real estate career in 1997 in Orange County, Calif., before moving his family to western Loudoun County in 2005. Rod's business is built on referrals, and his Centurion status is due to a reputation for honesty, straight answers, excellent service, and a commitment to follow through. I am not a big fan of realtors in general, but I really like Rod and hope he will be the only agent we will have ever have! I find realtors to be pushy and rude but Rod is neither. He handled the sale of our house perfectly and professionally. I highly recommend Rod Appleton!
