I had worked with Wayne previously in a professional capacity and was impressed with how approachable he was and how clearly he understood the goal of that transaction. This experience was no different. We had a unique situation in that there was only one home that we ever wanted to move to and if our current home didn't sell, we were staying put. Wayne understood that completely and stated many times his goal was to get us where we wanted to be and he accomplished exactly that. Wayne stood by our side and advised and guided us with clear direction every step of the way. Being somewhat of a "control freak," I struggled with the complete lack of control I had regarding when the house sold but Wayne was patient and reassuring every step of the way. We are so thankful to be in the home we've literally been desiring for 20 years and Wayne was a huge part of making that dream a reality.
