Junia Smith is a natural at showing homes. She is knowledgeable about the area in which we were looking. She was honest in her answers to all our questions. If she didn't know the answer she would find it quickly for us. She never bombarded us with hype about any of the properties she showed us but let us look them over so that we could evaluate them for ourselves according to our standards for our next home. When we decided to buy, she clearly explained what steps were to be taken and when.
