Jeff Dunn - licensed in 2015 - is an experienced real estate developer and home builder. Jeff and his wife, Ruth, moved to this area over 40 years ago - and are proud to still call it home. As a licensed general contractor, Jeff has the ability to help determine whether a property needs repairs, and to what extent. An avid outdoorsman, Jeff loves all the wonderful benefits the Twin Lakes Area offers.
Daryl Young and his wife, Carolyn, - moved to the Twin Lakes Area 15 years ago and have owned several businesses locally. Licensed in 2016, Daryl and Jeff joined up as a team in 2019. Daryl loves the opportunity to serve others, whether it's through his church family or out in the general public and is also proud to call this area home. Daryl and Jeff decided to combine their talents, and formed the Tri-Rivers Group team in 2019.
Kirby Bailey - Hello my name is Kirby Bailey. I am a native Arkansan and I have enjoyed living in the Twin Lakes area since I moved here from central Arkansas in 1987. As you can imagine being able to live in Mountain Home and Cotter over the years has made me feel extremely blessed to live here. I have been married to my wonderful wife Eva for 26 years. We have 3 sons and a wonderful daughter in law. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. I am also an avid fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks. We saw the house we purchased on Zillow and called the listing agent, as we did not have our own agent. Jeff was gracious enough to meet us that day, stayed late since one of us was coming from work, and then went to his office with us that evening to write up the offer. He never made us feel like he did not want to be there and we truly appreciate that. Over the purchase process, Jeff was informative and always available, as well as pleasant and friendly. We would recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking for an agent.
