Joanna Nowinski was recommended to me from another broker who felt that they were not able to be available as often/short notice as I might require. I had a small number of MUST HAVES mostly concerning the property and location and Joanna was great at understanding those requirements immediately.

Joanna Nowinski is friendly, relaxed and gave me plenty of time to view a home and property - I never felt rushed to finish and leave. She gave me just enough advice without glossing over a properties issues but pointed out the good. We went to view a lot of homes and I always felt I could text her an address anytime and she would get back to me asap with a viewing time to fit in with my sometimes crazy schedule.
My initial offer on this property was not accepted but Joanna Nowinski suggested that we send an addendum to make my offer the back up offer should the first offer they accepted fall through. Without that addendum and this crazy market I may not have been successful purchasing this property when the initial buyers pulled out....
