Team Petty

Yvonne started Real Estate 30 years ago when her son Daniel was 11 years old, he now her real estate partner. They are Team Petty the Mother Son Team. Yvonne received from the California Association of Realtors the Betty Dobkin Award, an award given for helping first time buyers. Something that brings her and her son great joy. In 2018 she was the recipient of the Arcadia Association Realtor of the Year award. "How wonderful to receive an award for doing what you love" Yvonne and her son are natives to the San Gabriel Valley and very familiar with the area and the surrounding areas. They love their community and are active with the American Cancer Society. Yvonne speaks Spanish and is also a Notary. "Family helping Families" is their slogan because it is what they do.
